We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we’ve got a fair and easy return process.

Returns Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

How to Start a Return

2. Include your order number, item(s) you want to return, and the reason

3. We’ll send you instructions for sending it back

Refunds

• Once we receive your return and check it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

• Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to process

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you received a faulty or damaged item, email us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund it ASAP.
